Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 22wind. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 22wind reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any bonus credits, and review any winnings generated across those accounts for potential voiding.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22wind login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with 22wind must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including name, date of birth, address, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure. 22wind is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 22wind are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 22wind supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on 22wind is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value transactions may trigger additional KYC verification requirements.
4.2 Processing Times

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22wind. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

- Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.

- Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22wind staff, other players, or any third parties in connection with your use of the platform.
8. Account Closure & Termination
Either you or 22wind may close your account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in this section.
8.1 Closure by the Player
If you wish to close your 22wind account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Note that account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are requesting closure because of concerns about problem gambling, please inform our support team so that appropriate responsible gaming measures can be applied.
8.2 Closure by 22wind
22wind reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
- Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment that has not been resolved in 22wind's favour.
- Identification of a player as ineligible under Section 2 of these terms.
8.3 Effect of Closure
Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 22wind — any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms where technically possible. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, provided that the closure was not triggered by confirmed fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon closure unless otherwise stated.
