Terms & Conditions for 22wind

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 22wind platform, including its website at 22wind.app, its games, sports betting services, casino products, payment facilities, and any associated features or content, is governed exclusively by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered account holders or visitors.

By accessing 22wind in any capacity — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming promotions — you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them. Your acceptance is legally effective from the moment you first access the platform or click the registration confirmation checkbox, whichever occurs first.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

22wind operates in the English language for the Bangladesh market. All communications, notices, and formal interactions between 22wind and its players will be conducted in English. The Platform does not accept responsibility for misunderstandings arising from a player's limited proficiency in the English language.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 22wind is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which an account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on 22wind. This is a firm, non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or family member of a 22wind employee or contractor in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement on 22wind or any other platform with which 22wind has a shared exclusion agreement.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

22wind employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to confirm the identity and age of all registered players. Players may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of account access and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

If 22wind has reasonable grounds to believe that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the account, investigate the circumstances, and — where a breach is confirmed — close the account and void any outstanding bets or balances associated with it. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be returned to the original payment source at 22wind's discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 22wind's services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the provision of accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to keep your account information up to date and to notify 22wind promptly if any details change.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 22wind. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 22wind reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any bonus credits, and review any winnings generated across those accounts for potential voiding.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 22wind login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account — whether by you or by a third party who has gained access through your credentials — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 22wind support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your relationship with 22wind must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including name, date of birth, address, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in account closure. 22wind is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to provide accurate information.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 22wind are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 22wind supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 22wind is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value transactions may trigger additional KYC verification requirements.

4.2 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 22wind account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. Withdrawals are processed by the 22wind finance team and are typically completed within 24 hours of approval. Where additional verification is required, withdrawal processing may take longer.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have completed the applicable level of KYC verification. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. 22wind does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any withdrawal request that cannot be verified may be declined pending further documentation.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on 22wind are displayed and processed in ৳ BDT. No currency conversion is applied on the platform. Players depositing via international cards should be aware that their card issuer may apply its own foreign exchange or international transaction fees — 22wind is not responsible for such charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

22wind offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time each promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 22wind contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type will be specified in the promotion terms. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 22wind monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies and systematic exploitation of promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses forfeited and further participation in promotions suspended.
• Promotional Changes: 22wind reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes where practicable.

6. Responsible Gambling Policy

22wind is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. Gambling should be approached as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or addressing financial hardship. 22wind provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a defined period.
• Cool-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the account cannot be accessed and no marketing communications will be sent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 22wind. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using 22wind for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game through collusion, chip dumping, or any other coordinated strategy.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities — any winnings generated through a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using 22wind as a vehicle for financial fraud.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, or applying strategies designed specifically to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent.
• Attempting to access or interfere with the accounts of other players.
• Using the 22wind platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 22wind staff, other players, or any third parties in connection with your use of the platform.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Either you or 22wind may close your account at any time and for any reason, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

8.1 Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your 22wind account, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Before closing your account, you should ensure that all pending bets have been settled and that you have withdrawn any remaining balance. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. Note that account closure is distinct from self-exclusion — if you are requesting closure because of concerns about problem gambling, please inform our support team so that appropriate responsible gaming measures can be applied.

8.2 Closure by 22wind

22wind reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy applies).
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed payment that has not been resolved in 22wind's favour.
• Identification of a player as ineligible under Section 2 of these terms.

8.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by 22wind — any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal terms where technically possible. Any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, provided that the closure was not triggered by confirmed fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are forfeited upon closure unless otherwise stated.
